I use this to treat anxiety while traveling long distances or going somewhere there are a lot of people. I just take one when I feel like I am going to feel anxiety and it works really great! I only take when I need it so a 30 day supply can last quite a while. I don't feel like it is habit forming if you only take as you need it. It has helped me get my social life back!
