I have been taking this drug for seven years. I cannot tell you how much it has helped me; have had anxiety since i was 15; this drug has been a blessing to me. I take 1mg/day as my Dr. said. There are no side effects. It also helps my fibromyalgia! Yeah it may be habit forming, but i had rather take the drug than suffer for not taking it at all. I would never take more than the Dr. says.
