I am 5'4 my start weight was 184. I have been on this med for 1 week and am down to 175. I keep track of my calories, do mini daily work outs at home and walk about 15-20 mins when ever possible. I take it early in the a.m eat breakfast about an hour later, something really light, salads for lunch and less than a 400 cal dinner. fruit snacking a couple times a day. overall less than 1000 calories/ day. So far good, delivery was a little late, but i understand it's because of the pandemic flue, support was helpful and always reply to my requests. Good job guys!

Update, I have been taking Phentermine K 25 Tablets now for 30 days. I started out at 302 pounds. As of this morning I weighed in at 281. I’ve lost 21lbs. I am 47 years old and 6” tall. I am surprisingly ecstatic over my results. As far as side effects I actually haven’t experienced any. The very first day I took the medication I did have mild increase in heart rate. I know that the medication will react differently with each individual. But so far mine has been non existent. I will check back and give update in another 30 days

Happy with my transaction.. I received my meds more quickly than I thought I would. Several pills were crushed but I know that probably happened while they were in transit. I was a tad skeptical at first, but they are legit and I will be using them again..
