I was charged for my order and said it was shipped but one of the items never arrived; I contacted support and was told that it was out of stock. Not sure why I was allowed to order a product that was out of stock, but they very kindly gave me an alternative product which arrived very quickly.

In the beginning, the order was delayed because of lack of product. Once That situation was corrected, There was no more delay. Good customer service. Thank you.
