As a long-time customer of your company, I am most very pleased with your interactions with the customer service agents that I speak with. They are extremely helpful and polite which is a rarity in this day and age. My only complaint is the shipping time that it takes to get here. Is there any way that the process could be speeded up if we paid extra shipping fees to get it here within a week or few days? Now I know with the pandemic that's going on everything has been slow down I understand that however, from everything that I have read so far cargo is the one thing that has not been affected.
